I love Total Vision. Rob the owner is very down to earth such a nice man. His staff are very nice and helpful. The eye doctor was very nice and professional. They’re all very professional. Rob the owner makes you feel at home and his staff. I’ve been there only twice because our insurance changed it was the only insurance he didn’t take. When our insurance changed again I went back to Total Vision. I couldn’t wait to go back. His prices are lower than the bigger corporate eye glasses stores. He has a big selection and carries designer frames. I would recommend this place over any other store

This best is the best! The optometrist took the time to explain my issues with my stigmatism. And the staff is awesome, helping me pick out glasses and explaining my coverage!! They just a good group of people!!

Dr. Barton is great. I have never been to an optometrist who spent so much time with the exam. She made me feel very confident in her ability to treat me. Her approach was professional and respectful; not the typical Dr experience. Staff was great also.

My 5 year old got very large scratches in her eye and from the late afternoon phone call this office was far superior than anywhere I've been. The man and woman who work in the office and help patients over the phone made us feel very welcome and that we'd be in good hands. Once we were in the back for my daughter's exam Dr. Barton made her feel so safe and comfortable she sat for the exam, eye drops and a protective lens being placed in her eye. Even though she was very tired and very scared she didn't cry at all and sat very still, that's thanks to Dr. Barton's demeanor and her energy which feels safe. She even helped us with some challenges with her prescription once we had left. I definitely felt like my own family member was treating me because it was so wonderful.

Due to my own error, I ran completely out of contacts. I was calling around locally looking for an eye exam as quickly as possible. Although I was a new patient, Total Vision was able to squeeze me in very quickly. Then- due to a conflict of scheduling on my end, I almost had to cancel. I called, and they were able to move me to a time I could make it- same day. I am so grateful! I plan to make Total Vision my new eye care provider moving forward. Dr. Barton was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She spent a great deal of time with me educating me not only about my vision, contacts & glasses, but also my overall eye health. She was mindful of my out of pocket costs, and made suggestions and changes to my plan of care with that in mind, while maintaining the highest level of care. The office staff were very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend Total Vision! I found them by chance and feel so grateful!

There was no out of pocket for me. My insurance covered two basic pairs of glasses and recommended tests. I am completely satisfied with Total Vision Center and will be going back for my next eye exam and glasses.
